While we strongly encourage you to speak to your neighbors before lodging a grievance, we do have a grievance process. Please keep in mind that the HOA does not handle grievances for issues other than violations of our HOA documents. As an example, if your neighbor's lawn is longer than you would prefer, that is not regulated by the HOA; the County handles grass height complaints. Please use this process rather than contacting an individual Board member. In completing the form it will be helpful to cite the specific section of the HOA documents that you believe your neighbor is violating.
