For changes to your Shaker Woods home, here are the relevant forms.  

Due to COVID-19 concerns, we are accepting emailed approvals from your neighbors.  Please ask them to copy [email protected] when they approve.  We are not requiring electronic signature at this time.  

Please note: we are in the process of redesigning the forms to be entirely electronic to eliminate paperwork.  For the time being, these will suffice.  If you are going to mail the forms rather than email them, please alert [email protected] so we can be sure to check the PO box in a timely manner!   To keep administrative costs down, the PO box is not checked very often except during dues season.

Please check our news listing for information about mailbox and roof replacements and shutter removals, all of which may not require an AECC application process if the changes are within specified guidelines.
